"setting of the restaurant not bad but I express critics: boss and boss not smiling, quite cold meals, and too expensive for what was in the plate. Finally to conclude we no longer put our feet in this restaurant."

We opted for this restaurant on the occasion of the beer festival that proposed Alsatian rosbeef. The meat was cold and just 2 slices per person on the dish, after our remarks to the waitress, it confirmed the amount served, despite this the boss offered us a rabies retorting that the customers can ask for it again.Already we should be aware of the waitress still isn't. Result meat in hot rabies and cold accompaniments, since they stayed on the table in the meantime. I went down to the toilet and there it was lamentably dirty, curtain on door not cleaned, spider canvases and it would have better value abstain. Don't we say we have to go to the bathroom first in a restaurant to see the kitche...

we went to lunch in this restaurant, despite a disappointing experience during a last appointment, as we never had to stay on a bad impression! We were totally conquered during this lunch, both by the reception, and by the quality of the products, the efficiency of the service, the speed of the service, despite a maximum filling rate, this being probably a proof of the good reputation of this restaurant. we will return with certainty, as to the behavior of the boss, without knowing it, it would certainly have been able to present itself, but it has very rare

If you are looking for a nice and quiet terrace for dinner, we found it at the hops. Alsatian atmosphere in the decor, in the plate and glasses. the boss (madame is in the furnaces), insatiable on his hometown, will gladly entrust you anecdotal multes exciting on the history of schilick, the 5th most populous city of the Bas-Rhin. The city has changed well for 30 years, "the hops" helps us a little slow down time. "A gueder", as we say in Alsatian.

I just got out of this restaurant, we served my dish of the day (meat cakes and apples jumped) the waitress brought it back 2x and cold towels, it's made engrossed by the boss, in front of all the customers because she brought a dish back in the kitchen and that he couldn't reserve it and leaving the boss you look at and isn't even able to say goodbye
