Bierthe - Table reservation

Spending one night close to the airport KölnBonn we came to this restaurant after having a look at TA reviews. We enjoyed a good dinner for a correct amount of money spent: aperitifHugo,open white and red wine, espresso....with two main dishes and one appetizer Euros. Amusebouche was complimentary and tasted nice: home made bread with an innovative spread. The Argentinian beef with fried onions was delicious as well as the fish fillet:cabillaud with tomato risotto and green asparagus. The restaurant is located in a quiet surrounding, no problem to find a parking place. Better call for a reservation to be sure to have a table. Compliments also for the quick and friendly service

Bierthe was a wonderful find. It was recommended to a colleague and me by the lady at the funeral home working on the flowers; we got lost on the way to another restaurant and she said emphatically to go to Bierthe instead. We found great...atmosphere, very kind service, and exquisite meals. Over th course of a week business trip, we ate there times! The mushroom cream soup and rumpsteak with special dressing are must items, but everything we ate which was of the menu was excellent. Desserts are delicious without being overly sweet. Beer and wine selections are plentiful and well paired. Coffee is smooth. I can't recommend them highly enough. You will not be disappointed

This restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere. It starts when you enter and see the cottage type of layout. Food is excellent and delicious. Very enjoyable evening
