I have already eaten Caribbean cuisine in the USA and was looking forward to quality. My expectation was surpassed. The food was delivered on time by the very friendly owner. We ordered two six main dishes to try everything. The quality is unique, the preparation is very authentic. Even a very tasty sharp sauce is delivered to the Jerks extra so that the German can taste. The oxtail is so delicate that the meat falls from the bone. All dishes perfectly seasoned. A great contrast to other pizza and Asia suppliers. I hope we can order more often there. Try the Ginger Beer! This has another note than the usual Ginger Ale.
We rented the food truck for an event and paid a large sum of money for catering. Result: 3 hours late arrival to event without food truck. Instead, food in aluminum boxes that was warmed up in the microwave. Not only did the food not taste good, but there was also no insight, apology or willingness to negotiate on the part of the caterer. Unprofessional and unreliable! The food wasn't really Jamaican either (where in Jamaica can you get Brussels sprouts with jerk chicken??? .
Whoever wants something completely different is here. Fantastic Jamaican food such as cunning chicken or cunning pig, the vegetables to any dish is fabulous and the rice cooked in coconut milk is incredible! The menu often changes, but that doesn't matter. So far, everything was a wonderful taste experience.
