All was well over all, but our server was a little to enthusiastic to get our order in. When we arrived there were few people in the restaurant, so there want a need to rush. And we barely got the QRC scanned when she came back in less than a minute when we said we needed time to look at the menu. Then,there was an inebriated patron at the bar who was loud and belligerent when we can only imagine he was refused further service. The F bombs were flying and everyone in the restaurant was concerned. If briefly became a non-family friendly environment. I haven’t seen that kind of behavior in a bar or tavern.
While being patient and understanding of hiring issues at restaurants, we had to ask for absolutely everything, cutlery, napkins, water, etc. Our server was obviously overworked and working as a bartender at the same time and was very flip and indifferent to serving us. The food was mediocre at best. Will not be returning.
My first time to Big Bowl. My family has raved about it. We planned our formal Thanksgiving meal there on Wednesday night. I had tempered expectations. Wow! Service was friendly and very attentive. The food was outstanding! We purchased extra dishes to bring home and eat on Thanksgiving. Will definitely be back soon!
Great server delicious food drink. Very loud and the strong overwhelming odor of Chinese food lingered throughout the place before we even were seated. lingered on our hair clothes afterward. Felt like we were in their kitchen all evening. Too bad cuz the rest was great.

The service was great as always. Drinks appetizers and entrées came out as soon as possible but in a timely manner we still miss the Buffet style type self serve then cook food service but overall this is still the next best thing for what is happening around the world
Food was mediocre. Most of the food was rubbery, cold, or bland. The bill for two people was if the food was good it would be worth it, but I could have gotten better food at a tacky sit down chain restaurant.
Food is really expensive for what little you get. Stir fry had no vegetables in it and very little meat. Food was good and service was good but this is way overpriced.
Food was very overpriced and very average as far as taste First and last time I will visit Big Bowl So many better quality food and better value
