I have been living in this area for over 25 years and have been a regular customer at this Big Boy restaurant during that time. I particularly enjoy their Senior Breakfast, which includes 2 eggs, 2 meats, 2 pancakes, and coffee for a little over $5. Their Avocado Cobb Salad is also delicious, and we ordered it regularly during the shutdown. The only issue we had was when they ran out of avocados one week. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly. My husband and I both enjoy their shrimp dinner, and their mini sundaes, especially the oreo cookie one, are a great treat. Overall, we highly recommend this restaurant.
Let me share my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a Slim Jim sandwich and was disappointed to find that it only contained two 8-inch pieces of thin meat that were 2 inches by 4 inches long. The sandwich also had two cores of lettuce, two burnt ends of tomato, cheese that was burnt, and one end of a pickle. In my opinion, it was the worst sandwich I have ever had. When I asked about it, I was told that's how it's made. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be telling all my friends to avoid it as well. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The menu was a bit limited, but our food arrived quickly. Everything was excellent except for the Mozzarella sticks, which were a bit overdone. The waitress was very attentive.
Today, my server was exceptionally pleasant and did a fantastic job! One of the best servers I have ever encountered. The food was delicious and served quickly.
