Yesterday Big Boy's surprised me. I bought a Groupon and went to the Brighton BB. I remember when BB was going downhill in metro Detroit, it became the last place I wanted to eat, so I didn’t. BB in Brighton was clean, bright, inviting, and well-bussed. They have a quite cordless Dyson vacuum cleaner. The floors were clean and spotless (this is important to me). The vacuum went into action as soon as a table’s customer(s) paid and left. The waitstaff was friendly and efficient, quick, and earning their tip. Are you ready for this? The place was spotless! We received exceptional service, even though we arrived close to closing time; the staff really took care of us. I don’t typically rave about standard fare, but the chicken in my chicken parmigiana was absolutely delicious. Wow! They’ve revamped the menu, streamlined it, and now they can focus on delivering quality. Seriously, if you haven’t been there recently, you need to check them out!
???I'm a doordasher and this location is probably the biggest inconvenience I have to deal with. Either their tablet is turned off, or they haven't even considered starting the order. And to make things worse the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional about it. And instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they give me nasty attitude. The one waitress in particular.???
The staff was incredible! Food was honestly your average diner food. So definitely not bad but nothing to write home about. I was most impressed with how wonderful the waitresses were. Kindness in the serving industry is hard to find these days, and our waitress was so wonderful, so personable, so joyful! We will be coming back.

MY WIFE I were out this morning to do some errands. She was going to get breakfast at one of the fast-food restaurants, I decided I would check to see what Big Boy was serving for breakfast. There were quite a few choices. I was pleased with the order, the helping was quite good also. The staff was friendly helpful, also.
The food is good however, the manager here is bullying a server who is actually trying to do her job while letting other servers slack. Disappointing to see modern day management treat employees this way with it being as difficult as it is to find workers.
What a transformation at Big Boy Brighton! The food was delicious, our server was exceptional, and while the atmosphere may not be trendy or flashy, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Definitely worth a visit!
Fruit flies invaded my meal. Manager told me that he would “ let management know “. Paid full price and I’m not sure I will even eat it! Would never willingly share my table or food with bugs

This Big Boy is the best! The food was delicious and plentiful. The people are very nice. Between my waitress, Brittney and the shift manager, the place ran perfect.
I entered with low expectations, but my kids and I really enjoyed our meal. My son said his cheeseburger was one of the best he's ever had!
