Absolutely terrible food, the Mac and cheese taste like vomit, the country fried chicken is so overcooked and hard it’s inedible. The people cooking the food are just goofing around that’s why their food is horrible. So they wanted me to pay for food I did not eat because they can’t properly cook, I said absolutely not, the “assistant Gm” made a call and said he would comp it this time but I can no longer return. If their food didn’t absolutely suck people wouldn’t return it. After today, why would they think I’d ever return anyway.
My mom and I often visit Big Boy for lunch, and today was the best experience we've had in a long time. When we ordered, Jennifer kindly asked if we'd like to take some time to enjoy the salad bar first. It was a small gesture, but one we truly appreciated. The salad bar was well-stocked, and after about ten minutes, Jennifer checked in to see if we were ready to place our order. The fries were absolutely delicious—hot and fresh, the best we've had in ages. Thank you, Jennifer! Also, I really love the claw machine!
I really love this restaurant! The food is excellent, and the prices are great. The staff was very polite and attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything. I recommended it to my family and friends, and they visited the next day. They told me they enjoyed it just as much!
My Chesterfield Twp Big Boy closed so I made a point to get a carry-out here since I was down this way. My Big Boy and fries were made perfecty! The hot fudge ice cream cake was perfect! Everything was fresh and tasty. I will be back!!!
