we didn't drop there. they had ignored our reservation that they did not book in the internet, completely unapocal. they assured us that they had one table, but left us waiting outside for more than 10 minutes and ignored us how they served others. when we had three hungry children with us, we went away.
They didn't get our booking ,so it was a nightmare for the staff trying to seat customers ,apparently none of the bookings got through to them .They were extremely apologetic and gave us all free drinks ,but we had to wait an hour plus for our food .The food was very good and staff pleasant and polite .
It was a Birthday occasion; the food was great, the staff were polite and accommodating. The ambience was pleasant and soothing. All in all a great evening and I would recommend Big Catch time and time again for all those who love seafood.
After six months of Covid-19 we managed to get into our favourite fish and chips restaurant and we weren’t disappointed the quality of the fish was excellent our party all enjoyed their meals and were delighted to return. Book a table now
