Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen: Preise sind im Vergleich zu anderen Pizzerien teilweise in Ordnung, gerade im Pasta-Bereich aber überzogen. Die Bearbeitungszeit war vollkommen im grünen Bereich. Das Personal vor Ort war unhöflich und nicht wirklich flexibel. Gewisse Funktionen waren online nicht möglich, als Kunde vor Ort wurde man dann dafür angemeckert. Wenn man als Kunde was erwidert hat, wurde man noch mehr angemeckert.
