Theyve been changing mainstays on their menu, they are not the same restaurant that I have been going to for over 10 years. Very sad because I have enjoyed franks for so long but even their meats are not juicy anymore. Dry and old meats, changed cheese cubes, oily fries. Incredibly disappointed in what they have become. Always loved this place, so I went to buy a gift certificate as a Christmas gift and and realized they are cheating the tax system. When the gift certificate was rung up, tax was added. When I inquired as to why a gift certificate would be taxed, I was told That 's just the way it is here. The food the gift certificate would gave paid for would have also been taxed. I certainly don 't think it is legal to double tax, and so I don 't think I can ever go back sadly... Because who knows what other shady stuff they are doing.
This place is BAD! STAY AWAY! When I watched these people put my brisket into I microwave I should've asked for a refund. I had one bite and I had to spit it out. It tasted old and rotten. The pulled pork sandwich was the same, disgusting. Looked literally like cat food. I'll never be back.. thanks for the response and admitting that you do put your food in a microwave. Employee of the month, chef microwave!
I have been going to franks for more than 10 years. They changed their food recently and the cheese cubes which were a huge hit before are now disgusting. Will not be going back, and when I let the rest of my family know they also were disappointed and said they wont be returning. Franks is headed downhill fast unfortunately. Big sad.

the baby back ribs and st. louis. were great i loved them i am from nyc and i came out there to dj birthday party it was a great weekend trip i definitely would make another trip just for the food!!!!!!
Had the corned beef special, it was good. A friend had the double cheese burger. Asked for it medium well, but it came out well done. Aside from that cute decor and good service.
