Felt a bit dirty walking in. The large group of guys smoking cigarettes in front of the open door did not improve this feeling. Then the 1980s-office fluorescent lighting had all the interior (including the donuts) looking drab and unappealing. The nice young lady behind the counter was quite helpful and friendly however and this made for a better experience. Thankfully the donuts didn't taste like cigarettes. Unfortunately they do taste a bit like tooth-decay sadness. Best to come here if you need lotto tickets or you wish to raise the ire of your coworkers.
Our order consisted of an enormous ham and cheese croissant—really, it was gigantic—a chocolate twisted long john, and a maple old-fashioned. Everyone loved their choices. When we arrived, we received a warm welcome, and a friendly staff member in the back popped her head out with a big smile and thanked us for our purchase. The only reason I wouldn't give a full 5 stars is that the croissant was more sandwich-like than expected.
This place has great donuts but the costumer service really needs to improve. The two ladies working were so focused on talking about me in their language which happened to be mine, they didn't even give me the correct donuts I ordered. Costumers are there to give business and that behavior is not acceptable. Give respect to get respect. It goes both ways for the costumer and staff.Donuts 9/10Costumer service 2/10?
Your average mom and pop owned donut shop. Shops like these will always beat a chain shop any day. I com here every now and then to grab a chocolate chip roll or a bear claw. The maple bars are nice and fluffy too.Staff is always very nice when I come to visit. Occasionally they'll toss in an extra donut. Definitely one of my favorite donut stops.

I go to this place for a few reasons, first they are 24 hours so they are open 4:00, second they have not burned good coffee like many other donut shops and last but not least they have the best ham, cheese and jalapeño croissants everywhere.
The restaurant is open and offers a delightful selection of donuts. However, be prepared for a lingering smell of cigarette smoke from the older patrons. Despite this, the donuts are definitely worth a try!
The donuts are so good! I was in Glendale and wanted a quick donut I search the nearest donut place near me. Big Jim popped up you will not regret trying their donuts.
Good place to get your morning cofee the croissants are delicious and fresh made you can taste it, I recommend the cream and cheese ones yummy .

This local donut shop satisfies my craving for a maple bar and offers wonderful service. I'm definitely coming back!
