I gave 5 stars because the actual food is always great. That’s all the matters to me however the lady that takes the orders over the phone has been rude for many years. I see a lot of complaints about her however I don’t think she’s going anywhere. She only works the phones so I just learned how to ignore her attitude.
Big Joes makes the absolute best pizza in the entire tri state area… ALL BEEF… I think they been open 50+ years I remember the small Italian guy, I remember them all actually from years back, there service today is even better
Some days the food’s great and gets delivered fresh hot. And some days (5 minutes ago) you order food and they rudely hang up on you before you even place your order.
I love it here since I was 9 years old I'm now 21 still loving the pizza don't forget the grilled chicken Alfredo
