Big Louie's Pizzeria

I just ordered food and was delivered spaghetti for $20. Called to get the correct food but they are out of ziti noodles. Unfortunately, I paid the driver cash so they're refusing me a refund. Their remedy is for me to go to the store later when they have ziti noodles and they will remake the food. I get off at 8pm and have no car at the moment so thanks alot Big Louie's. I was willing to let the driver keep the tip, just return the $20 for the food. I will NEVER order from these people again. Stopped in to grab some lunch and was amazed by how delicious the pizza was.. 2 slices and a drink for 7$ and the slices were huge. They have a large menu with all types of varieties. Very pleased.

The girl who took our order on the phone was so rude when i asked for a manager she hung up on me . This was June 12th 7
