Big Shot Bob’s House Of Wings-allegheny Township

First the driver could not find my building. Once I gave directions the driver had me come outside to get my food . I noticed she forgot my drinks , when I called to tell her . And asked her to please bring them to my door she said no but I will leave them on the ground outside your door !!! I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and this was terrible customer service!!! I will never order from here again. I had to stand in the rain and wait for food I had delivered. Thanks for nothing . I actually have my receipt . And it clearly says building 4 apt E downstairs

4 times I've have tried to order food from you. 4 times I have not gotten food from you. Cash only? Who the hell is cash only anymore? Tonight, you answered the phone, only to say you were closed for a gas leak. 1. Why answer the phone if you are closed? 2. Why are there still people there IF there is a gas leak ? I'm done. This place SUCKS!

I tried this location because the Sarver one unfortunately closed recently. The food was good and ready on time, but 2 side sauces that cost $4.00 were found to be missing from the order when we got home. I normally wouldn’t care about something so minor, but when such a premium price is paid for tiny cups of sauce, it is annoying.

Good wings with tons of flavor options, a will admit my only complaint is the price for wing dings. I can get whole wings down the street for similar pricing of big shot bobs prices but the staff are very friendly and my food is always great.

The staff at this location are so bubbly and friendly! The food was served quickly, fresh and hot from the kitchen. So delicious, you gotta try their Black Magic seasoning. It's wonderful!
