I will NOT return to this location ever again. The past 3 times in a month I have gotten the wrong order. They ask if I want them to remake it but I feel guilty making the HUGE line behind me wait. I did call one time I got home and ended up going 2 days later to get the correct order but that's a waste of my time. The line is soooo long and soooo slow every time. And if you didn't hear me then ask me to repeat myself. 2 of these 3 times they actually repeated the correct thing to me and still got it wrong. Nope. I visit this location when I am in town for the summer. Yes, the lines were long during the height of Covid-19, but at least they were open and friendly! My, how coffee and a smile can rescue your sanity when the world is upside down. Shout out to all the patient servers/baristas, esp. Trenton who probably does not work there anymore because he was so awesome and likely moved on to bigger things. I'll be back in July beautiful people!
I've been a customer for 15 years.. I order the same thing. Daily but at this place the the guy lied to me twice.. I ordered blue berry muffin toasted . He said we don't do that here I'm like since when. He said just our policy.. that's a lie.. I come inside to get a refund He said no money back. I didn't see a sign posted for no reefunds so I'm calling a lawyer for discrim
I ordered a mint hot chocolate before work when I came to work, I realized that they had given me a coffee (not a fan). I came back after the work without reception and they have made it for me no question. they were also very friendly. even if the order was grounded, this attitude made the experience a success!

I absolutely love this coffee! It tastes incredible. It's never been as fresh as it is here; the coffee is ground just for me every day. I can't get enough of it. I highly recommend trying Biggby Coffee!
Looks like it used to be a drive-thru bank branch back in the day but now it’s a Biggby. The inside was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. Nice location.
Person taking order seemed flustered. Food drinks were good, but lucky to get what we got. Not your typical. Usually great!

Decent, asked for extra foam and to put it in a larger cup so it wouldn't displace my drink and it was a problem.
The coffee at Cotton Cody wasn't great, but that's on me for wanting to try something different.
