The workers were very rude. And charged me extra for something I did not ask for. I usually order a chai latte which has no coffee. They assumed to put coffee in my drink when the recipe did not call for it. My friends drink was not what she asked for and tasted like medicine. They also laughed in my face and made a rude remark to her coworker in front of me when I asked to remake it because it was wrong. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Decent place to hang out. Tables are never clean, even though there are hardly any customers there. Would have given four stars for ambiance the music is good but they removed the comfy chairs : Customers can no longer doctor their own coffee/tea at a station, you have to ask for everything you want sugar, cream) and when asking for sugar, I got one whole packet . Took 35 minutes to get two pumpkin spice lattes. It wasn't busy, maybe 5 customers. I ordered online and they didn't make it until I asked 2 different times and yet it took forever. Awful, plus there were like 5 workers.
