Went through the drive thru. Waited for fifteen minutes just to get to order. Then waited for thirty minutes (not counting the time it took for them to serve the car in front) to pay and another ten to get my coffee. And I got the wrong coffee order, I had ordered a frozen and an iced coffee, but instead i got two hot coffees. This place used to be very good, but lately I've been getting a lot of wrong orders.
Poor experience, we waited way too long for iced coffee. Then when I got my coffee it was spilling everywhere bc the lid was not placed on correctly and there was coffee grounds in my coffee as well. There were other customers there that seemed upset as well bc they were waiting a long time. We went here to support local business and now it just seems like we should have just stuck with Starbucks.
The barista made my drink the wrong size and when we said something about it the other employee came to the window with a look on her face that was not customer friendly, and had attitude!!I used to enjoy their drinks but ever since they got sold again they have gotten worse!!! I would visit other Biggbys but not this one!! Book a table now
I decided to try a new coffee shop while visiting here for the first time. Not the best experience the staff was rude and I waited over 30 min for 3 drinks. This place is not organized they dont take names down and its very disorganized. I wont be coming back nor will I recommend this place. Steer clear of this place!
Pretty disappointing. Specified iced for a drink two times, and was also asked again if the drink was hot or iced. Waited 10 minutes for them to still make it hot, and didn’t have time to sit and wait for a remake. Drink itself was ok wouldn’t waste the $7 again.
