The woman behind the counter was unfriendly, and the food was disappointing enough that I ended up donating it. I ordered steamed vegetable dumplings, but they were mostly dough with very few vegetables. The string beans were just bland and steamed, lacking any flavor. One staff member took my order in a rather unwelcoming manner, then quickly prepared the food and handed it to me for takeout. This Chinese restaurant is really impressive when it comes to their General Tso's Chicken. The chicken is made with beautiful white meat, and the rice is more authentic compared to other places. I find it hard to choose between this place and Ms. Lin's Chinese. However, they don't start delivering until after 6 PM, and there have been many times when they were too busy in the evening to take my orders right away. I’ll add some pictures later if they aren’t too crowded.
Bill and Harry have a special place in my heart. I grew up eating her. The sesame beef and sesame chicken are still some of my favorite dishes of all time. Everything else I had was excellent. I recommend any of the dishes with peanuts or cashews. As one of the few Asian Americans grew up in the city, Bill and Harry always felt like family. I'm so glad it's still here. Here is too many more years of business!
Great Chinese food take out restaurant with superb customer service. This is the best Chinese food in the area and I prefer taking out here, than eating in sub par food. The food here tastes just like it does in NYC's Chinatown authentic and tasty and not Americanized.

We love dining at this excellent Chinese restaurant. The ingredients are consistently fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The prices are fantastic for the quality of the food, and the experience truly reminds us of family gatherings.
Above average price, above average food. The gluten free options are great making this a go to spot for me. It tastes “fresher” than other places with less processed sauces.
The menu price for the meal I ordered was $62 and some change, but the amount charged to my credit card came to $79 and some change. I will never give them another cent.

Loved the fried rice though the chow mein was very different than what we are usually we get in other regular Chinese outlets.
