Bill Miller -b-q - Table reservation

Large breakfast plate was delicious. Stirred egg with hash brown, fried beans, sausage or bacon, and choice of tortillas or biscuits. We have dined in San Marcos. Mr. Curtis gave orders and cleared the dining room. His customer service made us so much better on Sunday morning. He brought our food out and stuffed our drinks. He was probably the oldest member of the morning crew, but he loves what he does. All great food and service. Tell Curtis hello.

I was excited to get the salad as I usually visit Bill Miller in San Antonio and was happy to see one by the outlets! However, my salad was very brown with wilted lettuce and it didn't taste fresh at all. The chicken in the salad had hard, dry pieces and it was also more of a half salad. I was excited since I hadn't had Bill Miller in a while, I now live up toward Dallas, and this was a very disappointing experience for me.

The other night for dinner was really good. It didn't take long to get my food. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I loved the green beans and sausage most. When I left the grass, I was full of deer when you have children with you.

Everytime we go in, the staff is super friendly and attentive. I've always loved the tea, sausage, brisket and desserts from here. The other options are a little bland. It's the atmosphere and tea that keep me coming back!

If you haven't tried the crispy chicken sandwich. Go by Bill Miller's and get one. They are really good. The sweet tea is good. I like mixing it with lemonade. Also try the pecan pie. Absolutely scrumptious!!!
