The dinner menu was excellent with a nice choice and a great wine list, the staff were lovely and pleasant but lacked a bit of experience with one waitress taking food to the wrong tables more than once! I think they have not had much training due to possibly being new and after the pandemic too with more experience the two girls who were looking after us Grace and Amy will be fantastic as they had a lovely way with the customer.
They first brought us the wrong bottle of wine in the restaurant. It's good my partner noticed that straight away. The selection of cheese was also a bit Tesco's Christmas selection style. Not what you expect from the Luxury Hotel Restaurant. The teapot was dirty when we ordered some tea for breakfast. The portion is tiny for that price.
Being in the area a week ago we called into Billesley and had coffee outside. Enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to have our 51st Anniversary lunch with you today. We were not disappointed, the meal was exceptional, the service was outstanding, in fact the whole experience was faultless. Well done, we will be back again.
We had a 3.30 a.m. booking for Sunday dinner, but lunch finished at 2 a.m.! It appears online booking nit differentiate but the staff was fantastic. We could have access to the whole lunch menu, if there is no Cremé brûlée left! The food was fresh and beautifully served and the staff stood on the ball again. Well done. Book a table now
The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and the tables are spaced out nicely. The food was exceptional on both nights we dined there and was presented beautifully. The staff were pleasant and friendly, especially Stefan and Vlad who went above and beyond.
The food at this restaurant was creative and beautifully plated. My husband couldn't stop talking about the belly pork and white chocolate mousse. I personally enjoyed the trout with its crispy skin, a rare find in other dining establishments.
The food was really nothing special. We were not informed of any dress code until we arrived. So if you want to eat in the restaurant be aware of that. The wine was expensive but average quality and barely chilled. Staff were offhand.
Lovely place to have Afternoon Tea . Very pleasant staff and lovely gardens . Food was excellent and enough to eat . Would recommend this hotel . Five stars Book a table now
Overall, our group of four enjoyed our experience at the restaurant. The only suggestion I have is that the scones could be a bit larger.
