UPDATE: went in alone tonight for some dinner. They had a ton of specials with a huge variety, plus, still listed some breakfast specials which I assume they will still serve in the evening. I always like to try something different. I asked the wait staff about foods I wasn't familiar with such as The Pljeskavice Burger. Homemade beef and veal patty with spices. Definitely different but I wanted something other than a burger. So many good looking choices it was hard to decide. I ended up ordering the Cevapi Sausage. When in Rochester, NY, this is a must stop for classic diner fare! During our one week stay, we went 3 times! Fantastic breakfasts and lunches, great specials and amazing service. You’re family here, and they remember you and welcome you back in town. I always order my Spinach Feta omelette, with a grilled hard roll. Yes, hard rolls are a regional delight great alone, or swaddling a burger. Stop by and tell them I sent you. You won’t be disappointed.
The first thing I noticed was the warm way the hostess greeted us. After we were seated our server was friendly and attentive and gave special attention to my 4 year old granddaughter. Even the cook smiled as I passed by on the way to the restroom. Smiles and friendly service go a long way with me! Thankfully, the food was just as good-I had frenchtoast and it was cooked perfectly. The price was very reasonable. I would visit again for sure!
