Celebrated my birthday at Bimini Twist last night. We started with Calamari. It was cooked to perfection with a delicious sauce. Followed by Yellow Tail Snapper with lump crab and béarnaise sauce, baked potato and spinach maria. Sooo delicious!!! Finished our dinner with crème brûlée cheese cake. Highly recommended. Restaurant had a great atmosphere. To top off our amazing dinner experience was our outstanding server, Conner. Very knowledgeable, great personality and very friendly. He went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. Rick Bartlett
Very special occasion, the service was very good and management was kind to give us a nice dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Food was presented very nicely and tasty as always. However the last couple of times, the crab cakes were just not hot enough. Shouldn't be that way. The spinach Maria was perfectly hot, as was the other side. The star of the plate should be equally hot as well. Next time we come I will make a point of requesting my crab cakes be hot, you should too!
Celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary ! It was our first visit to Bimini Twist but not our last. I made a reservation earlier through Open Table and had not delays being seated. Our server, Gianna, was a gem! Her suggestions and recommendations were on point. We were very satisfied with our experience and even ordered takeout. A new favorite is the spinach Maria , delicious! We are looking forward to our next visit to get more of our rewards card marked. Thank you!
Excellent seafood. I have Celiac and wanted a dish not offered on the GF menu, but the kitchen made me what I wanted according to GF specifications so I was able to get the entree I wanted. Our server Natalie was just amazing!! My go to before shows at the Ithink amphitheater!
