Great little place with a nice atmosphere. Went with a large group and shared a few small and medium plates which came out well-timed. <br/ <br/ The standouts were the zuchinni flowers stuffed with prawn and the duck spring roles. So moist. <br/ <br/ The kingfish sashimi was very flavoursome too. <br/ <br/ The only issue was that the waitress forgot to put in our barramundi mains, to rectify this they took the popcorn chicken off the bill.
We stumbled across this place while walking around Butligh Heads trying to find somewhere to eat and would definitely recommend this place. I had the braised beef cheeks which was aaamazzing! My partner had the sirloin steak which was cooked perfectly although he said some parts were chewy. We also shared the pork belly with pickled apple and crispy skin which was also really good.
This restaurant is an amazing spot for drinks and delicious bar food. I absolutely love it and keep coming back. The staff is top-notch, knowledgeable, and always does things correctly. The wine service is impeccable and the food is absolutely delicious. I can't praise this place enough - just go and enjoy a night with some wine and tapas. The salmon, in particular, was fantastic.
Brilliant social spot in the heart of James Street long, narrow modern interior and fantastic for a drink on a weeknight as well as a weekend. Staff warm, helpful and atmosphere is always vibrant!<br/ <br/ They do have a few small bite dishes on the menu. They're not the cheapest, but the quality is superb. I came here for a small birthday gathering quite a while ago so the menu might be a little different , for a small birthday gathering with wine and tapas. A nice places with cute decor. <br/ <br/ The sticky soy pork belly and the braised cheek ? are the two dishes that were most memorable. <br/ <br/ We ended our meal with expresso martinis which were good!
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The ambiance is wonderful, the staff is friendly, the cocktails are delicious, the food is amazing, and the wine selection is impressive. And all of this comes at a very reasonable price. The soft shell tacos are possibly the most delicious thing I have ever eaten! I highly recommend this place!
A nice restaurant to come to with your partner. Food, service and cocktails were faultless. Will definately come here again next time. The prawn zucchini flowers and the pork belly were my favourite and my partner loved the 'little bit nutty ' cocktail.
