A few doors down in this shopping center, the owners of B+B established their gastropub, The Stein Vine, many years ago in an unexpected location that includes a Post Office, Big Lots, Family Dollar, and a gun store. The success of The Stein Vine prompted them to expand into the former gun store space, effectively doubling their size. I stopped in for a quick lunch and was impressed by the variety of choices. I opted for the carpaccio, while my husband went with his favorite: the trio grilled cheese. I ended up finishing off his delicious jams—each one was excellent! The carpaccio was fantastic, and I have no complaints there. My only regret was not ordering a larger meal, which left me craving more, so I decided to get dessert. The pistachio cake was light and incredibly tasty! The atmosphere was wonderful, with friendly staff and charming decor, especially the bar top. I wished they offered an à la carte option for meat add-ons, as I was trying to keep my carbs low this time, but I'll keep that in mind for next visit!
