excellent Vietnamese cuisine and authentic! I say well Vietnamese and not Asian; the binh dan offers only dishes of the Vietnamese cuisine. The nems are excellent, among the best I had to eat at the restaurant (I do not speak of the nems of my mom or my wife who learned with my mother). I also advise you the raw spring rolls that are fresh, and the Vitaminian pancakes (banh cuon) when the cook has made it. the reception is warm, friendly and in all simplicity. Minh and his team are at your ear.
