Charming lobby restaurant located in the Westin Hotel. While the prices are on the higher side, which is typical for hotel dining establishments, the quality of the food is commendable and the service is excellent! The salads are tasty, though adding protein incurs an extra charge of $12 to $18. The wings are delicious, and the portion sizes are quite generous. The soft pretzel appetizer was also quite enjoyable.

The service at this lobby bar is outstanding! It's truly impressive for a hotel setting. They offer some nice food choices, but be aware that there's no drink menu, so you'll need to know what you'd like from the full bar selection. I also appreciated that the hotel manager makes an effort to check in with guests, which adds a personal touch.

This is a fantastic spot to gather for a drink or share some small plates with friends. The Birch Bar is located inside the Westin Hotel, right next to the Boston Convention Center. It's an excellent place to unwind after a long day at the convention and catch up with colleagues about your booth's activities. Definitely worth a visit! Book a table now

Make sure to try the lobster poutine—it's absolutely worth it! Our waiter was fantastic and offered us excellent dessert recommendations nearby. The whisky sour and French 75 were delicious. The atmosphere was laid-back and easygoing.

The fish and chips were outstanding, featuring deliciously seasoned fries. The clam chowder was quite good and would have been exceptional with a few more clams—more clams, please! Just a heads up, it can get pretty busy at times.

Don't get the maple old-fashioned! It's an insult for old fashions. Everything else I had was great. The bartenders were great. Seriously, but the thing has to be removed from the menu.

We stayed at the hotel and sat. We had to stand up and go to the bar to get served after quite some time. Ordered some cocktails that were awful. To avoid Book a table now
