1st time here. Saw it was open while I was getting my car washed and they had Birria Chivo so I had to try. I got the Birria Chivo plate with double beans. It was awesome. The oil chili sauce (birria salsa) is a must!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It takes everything to the next level. Put the sauce into the consume for the perfect dunk. It is spicy directly on the chivo. They also have a mild green salsa and a habanero salsa as well. Those are for after u put the oil chili sauce (IMO). The beans taste like g-ma made them and the tortillas are home made. As a first-time visitor from Rancho Cucamonga, I decided to stop by this restaurant on my way home to avoid traffic, and I was drawn in by the great reviews. The place is incredibly clean, and I can already tell the food is going to be amazing. Plus, the customer service was outstanding! It doesn't get much better than this. I ordered my tacos, and they did not disappoint. It's important to support local businesses like this one; it's those mom-and-pop spots that really help bring the community together. This quaint little Birrieria was an absolutely amazing experience! I haven't had Birria de res or Chivo like this since high school! I tried the Duo (one beef taco and one goat taco) along with some Consommé, and everything was perfect!
Very delicious food. Clean joint with nice customer service. The food is a must try! Had the beef quesadilla and it was big with lots of meat and cheese! The aguas frescas are cold and fresh! Will definitely come again!

This place is located next to a car wash. The tacos tasted better than the quesatacos. The quesataco lacked flavor and spices, but has plenty of cheese. The salsa was a bit on the bland side and watery.
Hands down the best tacos I have ever had tortillas are made everyday by hand and they have the best agua frescas ever which I may add are made fresh and by hand as well

The food is fantastic. I checked their Yelp page about 30 minutes ago, and right now I'm enjoying the Mulita from the el trio—it's delicious!
