As for the menudo, it was okay and quite plain, which most places do so you can season it to your liking. Personally, I prefer when it's made spicier or more flavorful. It wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't great. On a positive note, they did add the ingredients I requested. Definitely go for the Birria de chivo and the handmade tortillas with extra salsa—you won't be disappointed! The tacos were also made with handmade tortillas and were quite good, but the goat was the true standout.
This is my go to spot for Birria de chivo(goat) I prefer it in the broth. I love the fact that for a few bucks more you can add a small side of rice n beans to go with it, handmade tortillas de maiz and their spicy salsas in the yellow and red bottle go perfect with a chunk of meat into a taco, onion, cilantro and lime ooooh man !Riquisima birria de chivo en su consome tortillas de maiz hechas a mano, salsita limo cebolla y cilantro y Vamonos!
The service was quick, and the atmosphere was relaxing. However, I’ve been there twice and didn’t enjoy it the first time, so I thought I’d give it another chance, but it still isn’t my preference. The staff are really nice, and I’m sure others might love it, but it just doesn't suit my taste. Food: 1/5.

The birria at Birrieria Suprema is fantastic. You can opt for either beef or goat meat, served in its own juices or on the side. I come here often and have never been disappointed.
The food was good, although it could have been slightly better. Overall, it was a pleasant place to eat, and I enjoyed the experience. Rating: 4/5.
