I really enjoy Biscuitville for their biscuits, and that's really the only reason I go. The flavor is unique and unlike anything else I've found. I also appreciate that they offer Pepsi products; I can usually get Diet Pepsi, Diet Mountain Dew, and even Diet Dr Pepper. Unfortunately, every time I order these drinks, they taste terrible. It’s the worst fountain soda experience I’ve ever had, and this has happened consistently with each visit. I might as well just stick to water. The drinks are often flat or lacking in syrup. Over the past couple of months, I’ve visited at least twice a month and have encountered the same issue with my drink every time. So, I definitely recommend their biscuit...
I have seen a biscuitville elsewhere, so when I saw that there was one in Raleigh I was excited. The last time I had food from biscuitville it was so good and there biscuits were fresh and delicious. So when I got here, I was upset that my biscuit was cold. This place was very busy so I didn't have a chance to let someone know about the food. And the cashier acknowledge that I was standing by the register and continued to talk to her co worker. Overall, I like that there is a biscuitville nearby even though the service and food didn't meet my expectation.
The experience wasn’t terrible, but there are definitely better spots for breakfast and brunch. I ordered the sausage platter, but they served me bacon instead. The pancakes didn’t really impress me either. Since this was my first time dining here, I probably won’t be returning anytime soon. The biscuit was tasty, but overall, the rest of the platter was just average.
This is a fantastic fast food restaurant! The service is quick when there aren't long lines, but it's always worth the wait. I especially love the chicken biscuit and the steak biscuit. The tea is consistently excellent too.

The biscuit was absolutely delicious. However, the staff had a somewhat unrefined demeanor. I wanted to order another biscuit, but I found it difficult to approach the unfriendly cashier once more.
In my opinion, this restaurant is highly overrated. Nothing stood out as exceptional, not even the biscuits.
Good food, friendly place. Just make sure you get there before lunch time because it's busy.
