I’m not sure why Google doesn’t allow for negative stars. This was one of the most disappointing breakfast experiences I've ever had. I had to search for someone to assist me for at least 15-20 minutes, and eventually had to go to the reception just to confirm if the restaurant was even open. The servers were rude and clearly unwilling to help. All the tables were dirty, piled high with used dishes. While the food was tasty, it was overly greasy, and the tomatoes in the omelet smelled bad. The only redeeming part was the slice of avocado. Additionally, the menu available online didn’t even match what was offered in the restaurant.

You have to search for someone in restaurant for at least 15-20 minutes, then go to front desk and ask if the restaurant is evenopen? Or Maybe it’s automated service? No clue !! Rude unwelcoming server. All tables dirty with piles of used plates. Greasyfood, soaked in oil grease, stinking tomatoes in the omelette. The only good thing was the piece of avocado. Menu what saysonline doesn’t even exist.
The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing. The eggs were overly wet and had a coarse texture, while the hash browns had an unpleasant odor—almost fishy. As for the coffee, I wouldn’t even bring it up if it were complimentary, but at $25 for the buffet, that's just outrageous considering the quality of the food. I was expecting much better, especially for what you can get at Denny's for just $5. On a positive note, the staff was warm and friendly, and I have no complaints about them.
There's a reason why everyone calls his favorite employee... Princess Diana was the best! We're local and just came here because it was the only place that was open in Danville before 10:00. And it was worth it. Full bar, they validate the parking lot. The food was so amazing. We had the short ribs and salmon and both were on the spot.

It's all about the staff. Scott, Andy, Tan, Diana, EJ, and Ellen are all about making sure you're taken care of. Add in one of the nicest bars/lounges in San Ramon, and really good food, and you're going to have a great experience.

The food service is terrible, and it takes an incredibly long time for the food to arrive—around 30 minutes. When it finally does, it doesn't even taste good.
