Time for my opportunity restaurant review. So, my local irrigation hole/restaurant, just changed to restaurant/water hole! I stopped at Bishop Hill Tavern tonight. Chicken Allegro... Chicken Filet (2 Prosciutto, Mozzarella, mushrooms in a white wine sauce. Oh, my God! I didn't even turn my head like that. You could go to NYC, choose some raised imagination joint, and MAYBE get so good... except it would be 3 times smaller and 3 times the price. Seriously... Mashed, garlic, red bliss stuffed with lumps... I DEMAND lumps and Broccoli perfect al Dente. I can eat, believe me, and I took a huge part home tomorrow. Service was awarded by Bonnie Seal as usual. Definitely give The Bish a try. Thanks...

Best outdoor patio around 3 dinning options available, Indoor classy, outdoor chic or bar room fun. With daily deals, annual events, great food, friends, heavy pouring hands and an awesome owner this place is the best for local fun. (And not so local, this girl crosses the boarder to get there :

Friendly service and an interesting and hearty menu for a great end to Columbus Day. We had the pot roast dinner and the homemade chicken pancakes that had made a crust in the grandma kitchen! Both were excellent. And it was a great value!
