The offices are generally compact, accommodating two to three people, and come furnished with furniture, phones, and both wired and wireless internet, usually at no additional cost. The atmosphere is quiet and calming, creating a pleasant working environment. In my opinion, the rental prices are on the higher side, starting at around $1,000. This place is bustling with food trucks on weekdays, making it a great spot for a quick bite. I work at Ranch 15 and often ride my SoBi bike to get here.
