Rating: I recently had a fantastic stay at Embassy Suites, and I couldn't be more satisfied. From start to finish, this hotel surpassed my expectations, largely due to its dedicated and accommodating staff.

I have previously had positive experiences staying at various Embassy Suites, but my recent visit to this particular location left me feeling disappointed. The hotel appeared outdated and in need of renovation and deep cleaning. Many of the light fixtures in the courtyard area were not working, making it look dull and uninviting. The upholstery and carpets in my suite 's living room could have also benefited from some cleaning. Furthermore, the bathroom door knob was loose, and the shower head was rusting. The hotel is nice . The first floor of the hotel is beautiful the waterfall and the trees . They had security quads actually walking around the hotel which was nice . The pool was a little cloudy but not bad . The free breakfast omelette station was wonderful. They did make a mistake with the rooms we had a group and were supposed to get rooms right next to each other and that didn't happen. We couldn't get a luggage cart checking out because everyone checks out at the same time. But overall a good place good time
Pros:-Close to food-cool atmosphere with all the plants-not (usually) super busy.-Nice hotel staffCons:-Walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors phone alarm every morning.-The hotel is pretty dated compared to most embassy’s. Furniture is pretty worn-My room was dirty on arrival. Had food on the floor and smudges on nearly every glass surface-The restaurant is extremely understaffed and the food is so-so. Usually there’s only 1 person working so service isn’t great unless you sit at the bar.

This hotel is a great place to stay, offering a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, and it feels safe for children. When I arrived, I noticed kids happily playing inside the hotel, which made me feel joyful. Unlike many other hotels, this one provides ample space for children to play. The service is excellent as well. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 3 out of 5.
I love this hotel! The lobby has palm trees, lots of other plants and a fountain giving it a tropical feel. We got complimentary drinks on arrival and swam in the indoor heated pool. The room was big and they provided lots of snacks for the kids. It was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was great! We'll definitely go back!
The hotel lobby are full of palm trees and plants. It's an open airy layout with a fountain and all the rooms surrounding. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are nice and big and the staff is very friendly. They also have an indoor heated pool and complimentary drinks upon arrival. We had a great time!
I visited this restaurant with my father-in-law while we were in town for a wedding, and it is a fantastic place! The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable.
