The lobster Panini was fantastic. Nice big chunks of lobster and light on the other flavors and a great piece of bread! The sweet tea was delicious also and even the house salad was fantastic. Some kind a super great dressing on it. And a shout out to a great employee who reflects well on the place: Savannah. Staffed alone the day I was there, she was bright and outgoing and happy and somehow provided above average great service in spite of the fact that there were so many people in the café! Back to the lobster Panini... I've had a whole bunch of lobster rolls and this is a version of that and it's the best version I have had.
We had lobster panini's one with Mac and cheese and the other with Halibut chowder as a side. The Halibut chowder was a little grainy which leads me to believe it was leftover and re heated. The Max and Cheese was very good and quite tasty. The lobster Panini's were brilliant and very tasty and flavourful. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would recommend without hesitation.
Stopped for a quick lunch on Wednesday and it was packed. The vibe was great and the deco with local painting gave the place a cute spirit. We enjoyed our club sandwich with salad, the bacon was so tasty. The bread was ok. Service was fast.
Delicious homemade-made gourmet food. Chef owned. Daily specials. Lunches particularly well priced. Small, so I suggest making reservations. Not always open. Patio dining available.
