This restaurant is fantastic, and Chantal and Tony are absolutely wonderful hosts. The foie gras literally melted in my mouth with each bite. The filet mignon was so tender that I didn't even need a knife, and the risotto was creamy and delicious. Chantal selected a gorgeous bottle of wine for us that paired perfectly with our meal. It was a truly perfect dining experience.
I work for the coffee company..La Brûlerie des Laurentides Exactly!..They do their own roasting not far from the barn...Morin-Heights and Rivière-Rouge. I wonder if you have their coffee in your selection? It would be nice to get in touch with them, they offer a wide selection from Smooth to Bold, Espresso, Aromatic Coffee!....Looking forward to it!
A truly amazing Thursday on the comfortable terrace of this exceptional bistro! The service was top notch, and the menu was incredible. It set the perfect stage for a lovely evening at the St-Sauveur theatre, where the show perfectly reflected our experience, which was nothing short of "Famous".
The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very warm. Definitely one of my best restaurants.
