During a visit to Ottawa, we dined here twice in a week. Yes, we went back!On our first visit we had been traveling all day and arrived just as they were closing the kitchen. No matter, the proprietor offered to get us something. "We have some short ribs we have been cooking - how about that?" We said yes, of course. These turned out to be the best short ribs we have ever had. Let me say that again - best ever.We returned two nights later and ordered asian-style dumplings and duck with a ceasar salad on the side. Absolutely excellent.The venue is cozy inside and the service was superb. Our meals were some of the best we've had this year. Kudos to CoqLicorne!

First time in Ottawa for me and first time in this place for brunch. Very very nice bistrò with great atmosphere. Food is great, cooked at the moment with fresh ingredients. Very good coffe as well. I recommend this place.
