My wife and I were passing through Clermont Ferrand and we chose this restaurant whose menu seemed well suited to us for a quick lunch. We had a great time: The service and welcome were attentive without being intrusive, the setting was warm, and the cuisine exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed myself with an ideally cooked veal tab, and my wife with a 7-hour-old leg of lamb that was meltingly tender. A well-filled homemade blueberry tart and a fromage blanc mousse with raspberry coulis concluded this meal which we really enjoyed. Such care given to the kitchen is very rare in this price range. I recommend to anyone who does not know this establishment located opposite the town hall to try...
20 minutes to get to know what I want to drink (one Monday) Dogs (without thirst) were served faster than me.. must I lift the paste and show my urogenital appendage to be served less slowly (20 minutes for half)?
