We were a large group and had the Chef's selection sharing menu. It included:- sweet potato crisps .... didn't deliver on taste- spring onion, chilli squid - nice- beef croquettes - ok but heavy on the mustard- kingfish sashimi - yum- beef carpaccio - nice if you like raw meat- BBQ king prawns - they weren't very big but they were flavoursome- garfish, citrus salad, rocket and zesty mayo - this one didn't make sense - crumbed fish in fresh salad didn't work for me- sirloin with just wild mushroom - flavoursome- roasted rosemary potatoes, green beans and mixed leaf salad were all good- dark chocolate brownie - YUM!!!- Ricotta and nougat parfait - Very nice.It was an enjoyable meal and there w...

We are locals from Subiaco. Slowly getting around to trying all the local places. This is the first one we visited and it has set the standard for every other place so far. Wine list - excellentService - spot on with all the finishing touches you expect from a fine dine experience. Greeted on arrival, good tablewear, jacket taken friendly mature service, one waitress with good food knowledge etc...Food was faultless and original. Atmosphere was good. We went on a Saturday night before Christmas. The restaurant was full but not noisy. There was an intimacy so that you didn't hear your neighbours conversation. The decor was modern, tasteful and not stark. Totally enjoyed the experience as a co...

I visited here last year and returned based on that lovely experience. We had the petite menu - the service was very average considering there were only three tables and the food average. One waitress was rude to a customer on the next table, she removed a drink - when he pointed out that there was still content in the glass she back chatted him. One of our party sent her steak back as it was undercooked. They recooked the piece of meat however served cold and soggy fries - not good enough - fresh fries should have been served.I felt that the staff lost interest when we ordered the set menu.Perhaps a bad day?

I last reviewed Bistro Felix 3 years ago and reported that I loved it. Little has changed since then other than the removal of the white tablecloths which I felt added to its sense of style and the tradition of French Bistros. It’s still good, the food and service remain excellent even on a fairly busy Friday evening. The bill was less this time too now that WA chardonnay from Vasse Felix has been added to the wine list in place of NZ’s Cloudy Bay. It’s as enjoyable as ever with a good atmosphere and one of my favourite restaurants. Book a table now

My girlfriend and i finally got around to having dinner here and we were glad we did. The service is excellent and the staff are knowledgeable about what they are selling. The wine list is extensive with a wide mix from overseas and local. The food is a little pricey but nothing outrageous for Perth and it is fantastic. The staff are more than happy for guests to share dishes and they supply free bread which is unusual for Perth restaurants. The duck gnocchi was our pick of dishes. We will definitely be back.

Just popped in to have a quick drink prior to a dinner-meeting elsewhere, and was pleasantly reminded why I liked the restaurant. The G&T's (Tanqueray 10) were perfectly prepared and we decided to have a quick order of salt&pepper squid to keep us going. Haven't had better Salt & Pepper Squid or G&T's anywhere, so have reminded myself that I must come back for a meal.

We lunched here mid week when most of the tables were empty. We still had to put up with the "have you a reservation?" questions. The Menu is basic French nothing exciting. The staff attentive if a little pretentious. We left feeling slightly ripped off. Very Expensive!

Kind of cold restaurant atmosphere wise, pretentious staff who were cocky and unhelpful, sad as they are in a service industry. Food was just the other side of ok, but the prices were the Ritz. Better elsewhere in so many ways, what is wrong with these people???? Book a table now

Long wait for wine, totally ignored by wait staff, cold stingy main course. No sense of being out for a romantic evening. Felix's Bistro has gone down hill in my estimation. No longer to be considered an option.
