We were allowed to enjoy: A complete catering of a two-day training for 30 participants! Start at the second breakfast, vegetable snack, alternative fruit or yogurt, lunch in the bowl (both vegetarian or with meat), freshly baked sweet pieces in the afternoon, of course all changing palate delights on both days. In Kursorga, unfortunately, we didn't think we had a big decision problem. In the evaluation, the kitchen performance enjoyed with all senses was clearly before the subject-specific course content. However, after our lecturer had also included, he was able to classify his result and was also pleased with this award-worthy performance of the KOCHSCHULE NEUSÄß by Andi Greger with team!
