I’m only leaving a rating so I can post this review. We didn’t get to experience Winters. We made a reservation in advance for a special occasion and even received a reminder to confirm, which we did. Fortunately, the day before our event, someone mentioned that the restaurant had closed. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant that uses OpenTable not to inform them when they close, and OpenTable should notify all future bookings that their reservations are canceled. I recommend calling the restaurant directly to confirm your reservation the day before, as you can't rely on this service. Please consider removing Winters from the app.
We have been twice in one week because it’s such fantastic food. So many options on the menu and great service. Fantastic value for money and the wine is also really delicious. We are very sad it will close as have only just discovered it. We hope bills will come down and you can open once more (maybe in Heaton Moore as there’s lots of traffic all hours of the day! .
Booked for husband's Birthday. Offered 2 menus either afternoon lunch or evening as it was late afternoon. Husband had the sea bass and said best he'd ever had. I had short rib but it was a little overdone in my opinion so a little tuff. Overall the experience was good.
The restaurant closed on June 18th, yet I wasn't informed and continue to receive messages suggesting it's still open. It was a terrible experience to arrive with five guests only to discover it has shut down. Your credibility is nonexistent.

Menu bit Limited, would have preferred more French dishes and would have expected higher prices. Sorry closing. Could have been en par with La Rustica in York, but maybe not Stockport.
This restaurant was absolutely wonderful. The food was simply magnificent and very reasonably priced for the quality offered. It's such a shame that it has shut down.
Lovely food, nice waiting staff. Very very noisy in terms of kitchen staff and other diners, so we left early as it became unpleasant.
Lovely menu, great service, nice decor. A quality establishment, gutted that it’s having to close. A real loss to Stockport
