By chance, by shopping in the area, we decided to go to this restaurant. Surprise! The decor is really special with motorcycles in the dining room? Half classic decor, half industrial design or half classic depending on the location? Nice home and quick service despite the little staff: Bravo. With regard to the meal, little fish DOMMAGE! a beautiful dorade rotie but at 23 e! and a deer civet at 22 e! So substantial prices so we expect a nice semi gastro kitchen or it is a classic kitchen without anything special at taste level, however the quantity is sufficient. If they want to continue, diversify to the fish level at least!
At bistro Novo, there is only nine decoration. On the kitchen, it's a disappointment. The master word of our passage in this restaurant was FADE, no surprise, no flavor, really not a composition of bistronome while the requested price is rather high. Copper controlled, but accompaniment does not bring anything. Risotto insipid for the ultimate poultry, squirting sauce with no taste for the back of cod and with no interest in vegetables. The servers are nice.
Fish announced roasted and served cold then back in kitchen half cooked. Plat billed €24.90 without any commercial gesture despite the remarks made, not even a coffee offered. We attended the restaurant of Metz Technopole with a very positive opinion but today's experience invites us to definitely avoid Bistro Novo.
Plat of the correct and well cooked day, friendly staff, no waiting, flat; is it necessary to accompany with frozen and industrial bread?, fresh bread (1.5€ would be a more pleasant especially at this price, let’s not exaggerate yet

Arrived in this restaurant by chance, we were pleasantly surprised by the very neat decoration. The meal was excellent, the service is impeccable and the very friendly staff. One thing is certain, we'll be back.
After testing the first Novo bistro in Technopole, I wanted to test the second restaurant. I'm not disappointed. Everything is perfect, the dishes, the frame, the welcome.... I highly recommend it.
Good welcome, pleasant setting, quick service, hearty day menu with good value for money. Complimentary meal-end cut. To renew, a shame that it is not open in the evening for a dinner with two.
