It was the most horrible experience!!! 1. After in hour in that place we were told by a waiter “Dude, you should do something with your kids,they are uncontrolled”, I was shocked, because nobody anywhere said such things about our kids before, they are 3, they are just cheerful, didn’t bother other clients, just laughing and running near our table, that was in the corner where nobody else sat. If it’s the place where children are not welcome- there should be a sign, but it’s unethical to tell parents such things, it’s not up to waiter to decide if they are controlled or not 2. What an exceptional place, I cannot recommend a better place for some delicious schnitzel!! We came on a Monday night and we're pleasantly surprised by the ambiance. Tables and chairs are beautiful, music is tasteful. Our food came so quickly. The servers and staff are incredible and the food is spectacular, what an amazing find in Edmonton, we are from out of town and I urge everyone to come here and eat the most delicious Austrian/Hungarian cuisine. You won't regret it. Order the strudel with ice cream!
Great food. The schnitzel was delicious as was the salad and potatoes. However the service was a bit disappointing considering the restaurant's reputation.My server didn't check on me at all during my meal or offer to refill my water and seemed more interested in chatting with one of their regular customers. Considering that the restaurant was mostly empty and I paid almost $30 for an entree, this was kind of surprising.

Absolutely outstanding restaurant. Every single visit is a great one. Food is outstanding and delicious every time. Best schnitzel and tartare in town! Can’t go wrong with Czech beer either! Service is warm, friendly and fun! The staff and owners treat you like family. The atmosphere is unique and much needed in Edmonton. With classical music and stunning artwork this place is truly one of a kind.
Excellent food options between the schnitzel and the crepes and the fried breaded cheese (though I didn't understand the bread dumplings), and an excellent price/value balance. The atmosphere was lovely, and kudos on the classical music options, very elegant. Will definitely come back when I'm in town again
Wonderful little restaurant in the heart of downtown serving an often overlooked cuisine. A great way to try classic Eastern European treats, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet dinner with fantastic food.
Came in right as the kitchen was closing but managed to get a really good meal!! The server was super nice and the food was delicious! Will definitely come back and try more when it's not about to close :
