A nice welcome. A sober and pretty setting. The staff is helpful and professional. The menu is really affordable with a lot of choices (fried houses and salad at will. The magret and fries are a treat.. Homemade desserts are very good too. We spent a pleasant time at the Bistro Régent de Besançon . I highly recommend this restaurant.
