Bistro Regent - Table reservation

outdoor: pleasant setting, parking...restaurant new and very cleanun gentleman (patron?) welcomed us very nicely we sat down and chose - choice between cooked salmon or tartare salmon, beef or tartare and duck magret - all accompanied by homemade fries and salad. all for 12€ I think, and there it is spoiled. a lady (the boss) comes to offer us an aperitif while waiting for our dishes - we decline the offer. She insists a little and I feel obliged to justify myself. No, thank you, after we have to drive. When you look at the pub is beautiful pieces of meat and on site you hardly have the montier, I am decu , if you like better go to the one of the Marsan Mountain at least at home it is a real piece of meat in your plate and in addition to its you have no time to breathe a little that you eject from your table, and the staff leaves a desire, to finish some canvas

After all these gastronomic critics on television, I am very on my meal. very few choices, "what correct" meals and with wine and coffee, quite expensive. I remain disappointed
