This restaurant quickly established itself as one of the go-to places in the city. Their service is friendly and attentive, the food impeccable and their sauces rich and marvellous. Outside seating in summer available. And they added a seafood specialty menu for Tuesday and Wednesday. House special is a Café de Paris which is served in a skillet on a small stove, so you can eat it as rare or medium as you want. Great port wine drinks.
I have ordered Moules À LA mariniÈre mussels prosecco tomato chili herbs celery The way to describe this dish is like watching Nabuco opera, it starts slow serious the Moules are fresh and you are thinking I had this before , you continue eating and now you getting down to few moules left and the Saucer (Sauceria) this is moment when the chorus in Nabuco straits to blow your mind away. In modern times we call it Awesome. Enjoy
In my opinion the young owners are top profesional who love what they do the chef Arjeta is a genius fantastic interpretation of flavours traditional , Mediterranean , Asia it is a harmony of fresh flavours The partner Rafael is top profesional , front desk perfectionist who works with passion and care of the client. Possibly the best place is St Gallen. Worth visiting.
