looking for a few sunbeams, I decided for the spacious outside terrace in the bistro at the vareler shower. the lunch kitchen opens only at 12.00 a.m., but you took my order a quarter of an hour earlier. around 12.10 o'clock was then also served.I decided for the matjes on rucolasalat with a foil potato and sour cream. everything tasted excellent, was fresh and was served nicely. I also don't want to mention the fresh juice choirs. The staff is friendly and attentive. the price-performance ratio is harmonious for me and the atmosphere is invaluable!
.and still warm good. first impression coming from the parking lot. well, what will await us. but it was different. it was pleasantly warm, a great bright spatiality without disturbing odour, clean, loving and maritim decorated, which tables far enough apart, so that you could also put the chair on which you sat back. service polite, flott, sympathetic. drinks as you should be. eating was nicely dressed and really delicious. if I'm up again then I'll go back and like to go here. I really liked it on the sluice.
we have chosen this restaurant due to its location. it is located on a beautiful location on a harbour. They can sit outside on a summer night. map is quite simple and very german. the portions are very large (we both got our teller only half empty). the service was fast when we arrived, but when we were ready to eat, it took a very long time until they realized that we wanted to bill. there is no desserts, only a ball is possible.
the lag of the restaurant is simply dreamy, maritime atmosphere, view of sailing boats and vareler harbour. Unfortunately, the staff proved to be completely overwhelmed and unfriendly. the food had to wait for itself very long, even the bill was allowed to settle only after several requests. restaurant should be avoided at the weekend as it does not seem to be clear with a larger number of guests.

we have breakfasted more often in the bistro. the breakfast buffet is rich and filled with homemade fine tasty. there are broth, rolls, cheeses, sausages, fish and much more. Coffee and tee are included. the personal is friendly and accommodating. the price-performance ratio is correct. you can recommend with good feeling.
beautiful bright restaurant with views of the vareler sluice at the vareler deep (channel) and in the environment-mounted boats. the good, diverse and tasty breakfast buffet is always well visited. a previous reservation is useful. the lunch card is also worth tasting. especially the fish dishes!
who loves homemade cakes and also has no fear of cake-like calorie bombs :-) :-) is right here. Barberry lemon baiser tart, cherry spice cake, edible edible edibles, earth beersahnetraum u.v.m. torten, cakes, baked en mass, an absolute culinary space!
the kitchen is consistently good, the service very friendly and courteous. atmosphere very pleasant and the harbour view gives the whole a maritime note.
