I am accustomed to going to bistro restaurants regent in other cities because I love this restaurant very much. being passing to angoulemia for a birthday, we stopped in the soyal regent bistro and I was extremely disappointed. personal not presentable (high-cut onion, like when you leave the bed, joggings, big basketball) accused of having 1 hour late while we were at the time cooking meat was not the right because the waitress was wrong we asked to surprise with candles and the happy birthday at the time of dessert. The waitress came with desserts without candles or song. ah thin we forgot I don't criticize the bistro channel regent but the reception and the staff.
