Very quiet place to go, nice people, but don't come here on an empty stomach. Menu photos from other reviews are not up to date. They will only have a specific food option and will take a very long time to get your food to you. Curry sauce was microwaved and was still cold in certain areas of the meal. This place has a lot of potential and definitely a lot of faithful customers at the bar portion of Bit am Markt. Bar: Yes, Restaurant: No.
I got lost here early in the morning and was fascinated by the atmosphere of the 80s: regular audience with coffee or cappuccino, in the other hand the newspaper and always a conversation with the sitting neighbors. Magnificent! The fact that the pub itself does not offer food is solved pragmatically: People just bring their breakfast from the baker here :
One of the last German pubs in Völklingen. With small terrace. Friendly, fast condition. There is Karlsberg from the barrel although the Kneipe Bit is on the market. Pleasant audience. (Can be renovated)
