We never got our food, waitress (with the pink hair) never came to check on us as everyone recieved food who came in 20, 30 minutes after us. When we asked about our food after an hour she said there was a line of tickets. Then the table beind us which was cleaned and turned for the next customer WHILE we where waiting GOT THEIR FOOD. So I ask again and she asks"what did you order again I'm like shouldn't you know? We have been sitting her for 1 hour and 20 minutes with my 3 kids. It was just 3 Phos. Then I see her look at a togo order that has been sitting for 30+ minutes and take it to the back after asking us. There was no way I was going to eat that food that has been sitting out, if tha...
it was so nice that I really wanted to eat something outside. but also wanted to go. very nice atmosphere at the entrance. since I am a light edifier was happy to see that I could get 1/2 a sushi roll. had the spicy tuna....a very good piece! because that's not a sushi place, I cut it a bit. roll was pretty tasty, but not tightly rolled, so fell light....they give them a fork! they don't bring ing wasabi, but ask if they want something. they have a pho bar to add to their dish also an extensive drink menu. very pleasant staff.
that were 5 stars. but the last three times I came here for an order, I have waited 35 minutes, 40 minutes and just standing here after 45 minutes. I've been watching people come and go. not sure what the problem is. kinda wishes I would at least be recognized by the employees after I stood almost 5 feet from the register for an hour. I was going to exaggerate. I mean, it's reddish. the lady said wait 10 to 15 minutes.
Probably the best pho/fried rice in Mt Vernon their teriyaki is ok, haven’t tried anything else. Appreciate the free tea and self serve condiments bar. Only thing lacking is the service, been there multiple times now and the same server doesn’t recognize us and most of them are pretty caught up in what they are doing. But if you want a decent pho I’d say stop by.
