Even though I really wanted to try a long list of restaurants that I had researched prior to my one week in St. Johns. I could not resist having four bowls of the seafood chowder. It was phenomenal. Service was occasionally spotty but easy to forgive when the food is so good and the evening servers are fun and friendly. Sorry I don't know the names--Maybe Justin and also a woman who proudly decorated my dessert plate herself. Loved it.
Bivver has wonderful bar as well as respected restaurant, and we stopped in for a much needed martini after a long day of sight seeing. The martini was perfect, and we stayed for a while, as we were having trouble doing our advance seat selection for our flight...out the next day. Staff were very friendly, and had a perfect balance of checking in with us, and leaving us do our work... thanks Bivver!
This is the lounge in the Sheraton Hotel. We dropped by for a later dinner. We were staying around the corner at Monroe House. The young server was working alone and run off her feet, so extra points for her cheerful service. We ordered the...caesar salad and the antipasto plate. Both were super and the candied nuts were top drawer!
While at Sheraton visit the convenient restaurant within. Lots of interesting and delicious menu items yummy especially the grilled cheese soups yam fries ......... you get the picture????Reasonable prices good staff pleasant decor and atmosphere A+ Book a table now
We opted to have a drink and eat dinner in the lounge. That was a good choice. The service was find, the lounge has seating along its circular periphery and that gives you privacy, and the food was good. No complaints. It was a good evening.
We wanted to order in, but the selection was minimal,nothing for kids,and the one pasta they had was unavailable. Wouldn’t go again,wouldn’t recommend.
The menu is not huge but the food is delicious, especially the chowder. The staff are welcoming and attentive but the overall space feels cramped.
I have been coming to this restaurant since March 2022. The staff are truly exceptional, always willing to assist and offer alternative options. Book a table now
